JETCEO understands that managing an aircraft is a complex and involved venture. The key to a safe, successful and enjoyable experience is an honest discussion of expectations, limitations and client needs. Many customers think the solution is to hire the captain with the most hours. While experience is important, we understand it’s a requirement but only one piece of the safety pie. Equally important are the “stick and rudder”, interpersonal skills, decision making ability, and perhaps the most important, attitude. JETCEO can take the guess work out of our your pilot selection by interviewing, spending time and flying with these candidates.

We help our clients evaluate the merits of hiring a full time captain compared to unitizing a pool of pilots in a traditional management agreement. JETCEO will also make sure you have the back office tools and support to track and schedule maintenance, organize records and expenses and ensure a clean and tidy aircraft is ready to dispatch.
